Cancellation Policy

1. Fees are payable termly in advance through PayPal via the website. 2. Fees cannot be refunded for non-attendance or illness. 3. If fees are not paid on time your child maybe refused entry to sessions unless other arrangements have been made with S Smith. 4. If your child wishes to discontinue TLC sessions, notice must be given in writing by half term to take effect at the end of term. Lessons may only be discontinued at the end of a term. Failure to follow this procedure will result in half a term’s fees being charged in lieu of notice. 5. Fees increase annually. The next increase in due in April 2025 6. All correspondence is made by electronic mail or via the relevant WhatsApp group, which you will be added to when you sign up unless otherwise requested. We ask that you keep us up to date with current addresses phone numbers and email addresses.
